Natural ways to tighten your skin

No matter, how much you actually take care of our body and skin, we tend you grow old each passing day and so does our skin. As we grow old, the skin starts sagging and becoming loose, which results in appearance of wrinkles and fine lines over skin.

1. Tomato and banana face mask

You can blend banana with the help of folk so that there are no large lumps of banana left,which would make it easy to be on face.Now add some tomatoes juice to banana and if needed add 2-3 drops of lemon to the mask (which would act as a bleaching agent.Now apply this mask on face and massage with finger tips.This can be applied on the body, Wash off after 15 minutes

2. Rubbing ice cubes
Simply rubbing ice cubes over dull, dries and sagging skin can help to rejuvenate it once again. Ice cubes enables the flow of blood around the face and makes it appear freash and erenrgtic. Massaging in circulation motion before the bed time, can help you to reactive the dead cells on the skin and tightens the skin too.

3. Salt water bath
On alternate days, add 2 teaspoon of salt (ideally sea salt) in your bathing water. This helps in skin tightening by removing impurities and toxins from your skin that may interfere with the remodeling of collagen.
