1. Use potato, cucumber & lemon; rub a slice of these mixture on the dark area, or blend into a paste & apply on the dark areas. Rinse off after 10-30 mins & apply moisturiser with SPF
2. Moisturise d dark spots with Raw aloe vera gel regularly
3. Exfoliate by using a body scrub to remove dark + dead skin, it is advisable not to scrub too hard when exfoliating. Don't exfoliate too often either
4. Use Vaseline every night after taking a shower.
Massage Vaseline properly into ur skin & wrap ur knees & elbows in a bandage after.
Repeat for 2 weeks, ur knees & elbows are will become lighter.
5. Apply sunscreen lotion to ur knees. This prevents d knees from darking due to d harshness of UV rays
6. use sugar + lemon to exfoliate 3 times a week, Do this gently & moisturize immediately after
