Overnight face mask for healthy skin

Repair your skin overnight with natural ingredients. These three overnight masks and treatments will leave you with a complexion that looks dewier, younger and healthier overall.

1. The brightener – Yogurt and honey:
Mix 1tbsp of natural yogurt with 1tsp of honey. Apply the mask all over your face using a cotton ball and let it sit overnight. Rinse off in the morning for healthy, glowing skin

2. The Moisturizer – Avocado and coconut oil:
When these two oils are combined, it helps repair the skin overnight. Mix a few drops of avocado oil to a spoonful of coconut oil and mix well. Spread a small amount evenly on the face, massage it in for few mins before bed and wash off in the morning.

The skin enhancer – Green tea:
Brew a cup of green tea and add 1 tsp of lemon juice. Use the mixture to reduce brown and black spots and also help to regenerate skin cells while you sleep. Apply mixture and leave on overnight. Rinse face in the morning.
